How To Make Easy Kimchi Recipe




Ingredients :

1 Napa cabbage, reduce into 2-inch strips
1/4-half of cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons Korean purple pepper flakes
1 massive daikon radish, peeled and reduce into 1-inch matchsticks
2 bunches green onions, reduce into 1-inch pieces

How to Make It :

Step 1
Place cabbage in a big bowl and sprinkle with salt. Mix thoroughly the use of gloves, if preferred. Place a heavy pot or pan on pinnacle with weights and permit cabbage to sit for 1-2 hours until wilted and water has been released.
